This client sells funny shirts online and uses a unique blend of inks that are absorbed into the fabric of the shirt, which helps to provide a more vintage look. The client was not among the top funny t-shirt sellers online and was looking to us to gain a foothold by increasing their traffic and sales. The market is completely saturated with small competitors, and the larger national competitors are very strong online. Although the client was selling a quality product, it was nearly impossible for them to market it in a cost-effective manner prior till.

Website Changes...

The client's website is essentially a shopping cart for the different products. Work within those parameters is an additional challenge to effective PPC. Each individual product page either lacked a product description or they needed to be edited to be more user friendly as having good content on pages is an important part of search engine optimization. We also began creating content in the form of articles to help increase relevance on their keywords. We have helped them change the domain name as there was little history on the previous website. The new domain incorporates the client's main keyword.

Strategy and Results...

As an e-commerce site, the main goal was to increase conversions and revenue. While sales order sizes varied somewhat, the client generally got large bulk orders of shirts, and so the goal was on generating more and more new sales. In order to obtain this goal, we had to perform the second goal, which was to increase traffic visitation to the website.
